Dixon Law Offices, P.L.C. is committed to providing its clients with superior legal representation in complex litigation matters. While the firm continues to provide legal representation to its clients in a wide array of legal matters, Thomas Dixon's practice has become increasingly focused on insurance law. Mr. Dixon is regularly retained by small business owners, contractors, architects and engineers, insurance companies, and other attorneys, to provide legal advice and expert opinions on insurance coverage and other policy interpretation and insurance claims handling issues. The majority of the firm's practice, however, is dedicated to representing the interests of individual insurance consumers in insurance claims disputes or litigation with their insurance carriers. Mr. Dixon is often able to resolve complicated disputes and settle insurance claims arising under homeowners policies, auto policies, life insurance policies, and health and disability policies without the necessity of litigation. Dixon Law Offices, P.L.C. has also successfully represented insurance consumers as plaintiffs in insurance bad faith litigation against all of the major insurance carriers in the State of Arizona. Since the firm's inception in 2001, Dixon Law Offices, P.L.C. has resolved (through settlement, arbitration or trial) over 100 insurance bad faith lawsuits. Eight of the firm's clients have settled their insurance bad faith cases for payments in excess of $1 million dollars.
